Refund Policy
Last updated June 25, 2026
Portail keeps pricing predictable and this policy clarifies when charges are refundable and how to request a review.
1. Overview Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. This document defines the circumstances in which fees may be refunded.
2. Free trial Eligible plans may include a free trial. Cards are charged only after the trial and no fees apply when you cancel before it ends.
3. Monthly plans Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle starts. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the cycle ends.
4. Annual plans Annual renewals may be refunded on a prorated basis within fourteen days if the new term has not been materially used. After that window fees are final.
5. Downgrades and cancellations Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term. We do not offer partial refunds for time remaining in a billing cycle.
6. Payment issues Failed payments may lead to temporary suspension until the balance is settled. Disputing charges without contacting Portail first can affect future access.
7. Requesting a refund Email info@portail.cc from the address tied to your Portail account and include the purchase date, plan, and reason. We typically respond within two business days.
8. Exceptions We may decline refunds stemming from policy violations, heavy usage during the billing period, or submissions filed more than sixty days after the charge.
9. Updates This Refund Policy may change alongside new pricing models or legal requirements. Material updates appear via email or in-app notices.
