Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms Creating an account or using any part of Portail — including Portail Code, Portail Agents, Portail Canvas, or Portail on Telegram — means you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. If you disagree, you must stop using the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility You must meet the minimum age in your jurisdiction, provide accurate registration data, and safeguard your credentials, including for any account created or linked through Telegram. You are responsible for all activity under your login.

3. Subscriptions and payments Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Charges follow the plan selected at purchase and may include applicable taxes. Promotional codes are personal, single-use, non-transferable, and may be revoked if abused. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use Do not use Portail to break laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, harass others, overload model providers, or connect third-party accounts you are not authorized to use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Third-party AI providers When you route prompts to third-party models — including through our infrastructure partner OpenRouter — their own policies apply. If you connect personal API keys you must follow each provider's usage terms.

6. Portail Agents and connected accounts Portail Agents can act on your behalf through third-party accounts you choose to connect. You are solely responsible for the actions your agents take, including any you confirm, and for only connecting accounts you are authorized to use. A newly created agent cannot run unattended until you complete its setup and explicitly enable that mode. Agent usage is metered and capped according to your plan.

7. Portail Canvas Portail Canvas generates images across multiple models from a single prompt and is available on paid plans. Generated images may be inaccurate, unsuitable for some uses, or subject to the underlying model providers' own policies. You are responsible for how you use Canvas output, including verifying you have the right to use any resulting images.

8. Intellectual property Portail retains all ownership of the platform, branding, and software. You own your content but grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service and, as described in the Privacy Policy, to train and improve our models and features.

9. Disclaimers Portail is offered "as is". AI outputs may be inaccurate or offensive, and we disclaim all warranties allowed by law.

10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted, Portail's total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination You can cancel anytime in account settings. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal compliance, or breaches of these Terms, and your license ends immediately upon termination.

12. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Portail, Inc. is incorporated, while any mandatory local consumer protections still apply.

14. Changes We may update the Terms to reflect new functionality or regulations. Material changes will be announced, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
